In a straight up fight, Ackbar - no question in my mind.

If Lucas was directing it, Jar Jar would trip and knock something over that would cause a chain of events to occur and something would end up falling on Ackbar’s head, knocking him out. Lucas loves Jar Jar too much to let him lose. :/
