Yes, Luke did go over tot he Dark Side for a short time. It was in the comic series Dark Empire. I won’t give away the plot, but I will say that he comes back - eventually.

Rebellion was another title I read recently. It started off ok, but I got bored with it pretty quickly.

All of these are available through Dark Horse Comics. Most of these titles can be found in trade paperback format from your local book or comic book store. Hope that helps, enjoy!
